Tejano Center’s Affordable Housing Program delivers a full range of Homebuyer Counseling and Education services aimed at increasing homeownership opportunities for Low to Moderate Income families. This includes one-on-one counseling sessions with homebuyers, HUD-certified homebuyer education classes in Spanish and English, and post-purchase counseling and foreclosure prevention for current homeowners.

The Institute provides free legal services to qualified households focused on property preservation.
