Élan is a Staff Attorney in the Heirship division at the Earl Carl Institute, where she focuses on preserving generational wealth in Kashmere Gardens. She earned her law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Prairie View A&M University. A dedicated legal leader and community advocate, Élan serves as the Immediate Past President of the Houston Lawyers Association and holds board positions with Moore Impact, Inc. and the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. Raised in a family devoted to service, she remains committed to advancing social justice and uplifting local communities.
