Christi Mims is a Program Analyst with Harris County Housing & Community Development, where she supports several homeownership initiatives, including the Down Payment Assistance Program, Single-Family New Construction Program (SFNCP), Community Land Trust (CLT) Program, and Single-Family Acquisitions & Rehab First Initiative Program (SFARFI). Before becoming a Program Analyst, she served as a Project Coordinator with HCD while also working as a Realtor, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the public and private sides of the homebuying process. She is passionate about connecting residents with the resources and programs that help make homeownership more attainable.
